At TriMarc Installation, we offer a variety of services to help you take your project from concept to completion. Delivery & Pickup
Whether something needs to be delivered or picked up, we can help! We will come to you, and if needed, we can provide shipping to the final destination through our network of regional and national freight carriers.
Delivery & Pickup Rates:
- Atlanta Metro Area: $90 for first 5 items, $12 for each additional item
- Outside Metro: Call for Quote
- America’s Mart Atlanta: $150 for first 5 items, $12 for each additional item
- Norcross Local: $50 for first 5 items, $12 for each additional item
Receiving
Please notify us via fax at (770) 447 – 9368 or email at customerservice@31133.net of shipments you are scheduling for us, identifying the carrier and shipper prior to the shipment arriving at our location.

All LTL and truckload shipments must call us at (770) 447-9308, 24 hours prior to delivery.
Customer Pick-ups: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 3:30PM (Closed 12PM – 1:00PM).Minimum 24-hour notice for customer pick-up.
Receiving Rates:
- Inspection Fee: $15 per item
- Receiving Fee: $10 per item
- Uncrating Inspection Charge: $35
- Storage Rates: $2.50 per square ft. (first 60 days FREE), after 90 days billing moves to $3.25
If TriMarc Installation pays COD Freight, a 15% handling fee will apply.
Customer Pickups
Customers may pick up items Monday – Friday from 8:00AM until 3:30PM
Minimum 24-hour notice for customer pick-up.
$10/piece dock charge for pick-up by another carrier or customer pick-up.
TriMarc is not responsible for damages incurred due to improper loading or type of vehicle used.
Installation
If you need specialized installation services for your project, look no further than TriMarc Installation. We have the experience to get the job done right, on time and on budget.
If purchasing through ADG Interiors, a brand of Atlanta Design Group:
- For all ADG Home orders over $5,000 receive one FREE hour of installation,
- $15,000 receive two Free hours of installation
The following terms apply:- The one hour cannot be split up.
- Balance of invoice must be paid in full before TriMarc can schedule and install.
- If client elects to pick up their ADG Home order instead of taking advantage of the installation, the customer pick-up will be FREE. For ADG Home orders under $5,000, there is a $10.00 pick-up fee for each piece or carton.
- Term invoices cannot be combined.
Other Charges and Fees
- Minimum Hours: One hour minimum per installation project
- Fuel Charge: $0.50 per mile is effective until further notice
- Assembly Fees: See hourly rates above
- Trip Charge: $35 within the metro Atlanta area
- Out-of-State Installations: Please call us at (770) 447-9308 for a quote
- Cancellation Fee: A $155.00 cancellation fee per scheduled hour for installations, deliveries, or on-site pickups if cancelled within 48 BUSINESS hours of scheduled appointment.
- Crating Fees: $75.00 per crate

Freight Service
We have negotiated competitive freight rates with regional and national freight carriers. Take advantage of our discounts by using our freight carriers to ship. We can arrange to ship your items to and from our facility. TriMarc Installation is invoiced directly eliminating the need for CODs. - For Trips Inside of I-285: $65 for up to three items $10 for each additional items

Model Homes
Successful model home installations depend solely on how product is processed from the time of receipt until product is loaded on the trucks. Our Receiving personnel routinely inspects and labels each of the products received with the model name and room designation so the on-site installation crews can set-up each room per the finished floor plans without constant direction from the Designer. TriMarc loads the products into our trucks so our on-site installation crews can unload the products in sequence. TriMarc Project Managers keep you updated through our on-line receiving reports as product is received in our warehouse. We coordinate all damages to ensure that all product meets the installation deadlines. We keep you updated using excel spreadsheets which identify all products by model and room which can be viewed 24/7 using our live online portal, ADG Portal.
Under the direction of our Lead Installer, TriMarc routinely handles the following on-site:
- Places rugs, furniture/accessories and beds
- Hangs artwork and mirrors Hangs, dresses and steams all drapes
- Dresses and steams bed linens
- Assist the Designer in placing accessories
- Removes all trash to outside trash containers
- Polishes and cleans all furniture and vacuums
- Ready for the walk-thru
